Alex Lomeli and Jeffrey Schoonover met in 2008, when they were both studying at Kaplan College. In 2012, Lomeli (aka Rezident) and Schoonover (aka Scoonz) formed the hip-hop duo PharmTecs.
I caught up with them last week, after the two earned first place at the Tilted Kilt’s open-mic competition.
