The Perez Art District in Cathedral City, in the area around 68845 Perez Road, is hosting the Summer Sunset Art Walk from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, June 28. Celebrate the diversity of the Coachella Valley art scene at this special summer edition of the popular Fourth Friday Art Walk. The galleries are testing to see if it makes sense to keep the art walk going all summer, given the changing demographics of our valley. Most galleries and studios in the district plan to be open, so grab some friends, and check out what our local artists have to offer. The event is free, but I bet there is a space on your wall for something new and fabulous. For more information, visit theperezartdistrict.com. —Charles Drabkin
