A pillar of both the local homebrewing community and the local craft-beer community as a whole, Joshua Kunkle was a dear friend to many. He was in the process of moving to the Central Coast with his fiancée, Roxanna Garcia, where they were soon to be married. He died on May 1 in a car accident.
